Our Process

1. Introductory Call
A 30-60 minute call with the manager to understand the objectives and identify areas for employee development.

2. Manager Sessions
At least two sessions with the manager to discuss their management approach and how they can support the employee.

3. Employee Coaching
The manager informs the employee about the coaching, and the employee attends the coaching sessions.

4. Reviews
We conduct wrap-up reviews with both the employee and the manager.
Recommended Package
Total Sessions: We recommend a total of 5-10 sessions, including sessions with the manager.
Package Fees: 12 hours for S$2000.
Hourly Rate: Usual fee is S$200 per hour.
